SBU Grievance Service
Sarala Birla University has constituted a Committee for handling and solving the grievance to express constructive & genuine concerns/grievances. To promote and maintain a sustainable, unbiased & Positive Educational Environment. It involves a process of investigation in which ‘Student’s Grievance Redressal Committee’ enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner.

Parents, Students, Staff and Public Individuals can register their grievance in the Grievance Committee's mail ID which is grievance@sbu.ac.in, for redressal of their cases.
