Pharmacy Laboratories
The Faculty of Pharmacy is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories designed to provide students with hands-on learning and research experience across all core areas of pharmaceutical sciences. Each laboratory is well-furnished with modern instruments and equipment to support practical training, experimentation, and innovation.
- Pharmaceutics Laboratory
The Pharmaceutics Laboratory focuses on the formulation, development, and evaluation of various dosage forms. Students learn techniques related to compounding, dispensing, and drug delivery systems, gaining insights into the science and technology behind pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Pharmacology Laboratory
The Pharmacology Laboratory enables students to study the effects of drugs on biological systems through experimental models. It is equipped for demonstrations and simulations that help in understanding pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and toxicological studies in a safe and ethical environment. - Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory
This laboratory provides training in the synthesis, purification, and analysis of medicinal compounds. Students explore both organic and inorganic aspects of pharmaceutical chemistry, learning to ensure the quality, purity, and safety of drugs through advanced analytical techniques. - Pharmacognosy Laboratory
The Pharmacognosy Laboratory is dedicated to the study of medicinal plants and natural products. It allows students to identify, extract, and evaluate bioactive constituents from natural sources, fostering an understanding of traditional and modern herbal medicine.
